After consultation, I prepare legally binding documents to provide for the disposition of property and the administration of affairs at death and for the management, conservation and protection of assets during and after one's lifetime.

Commercial and Consumer Transactions and Litigation

I provide representation to businesses and consumers when their interactions with one another don't quite live up to their mutual expectations. Whether it's an equipment or automobile purchase, home construction, sale, purchase, remodeling or repair or a retail sale, my goal is to bring the opposing parties to a fair and affordable resolution of their conflict. Many times this can be done without judicial intervention. If that's not possible, I am an experienced litigator.

General Counsel Services

I serve many small business clients in an outsourced general counsel role, providing review and advice in numerous areas of daily corporate operation including governance, contracts, secured transactions, personnel issues, deferred compensation plans and a broad range of legal compliance issues . Fees can be structured hourly or on a retainer basis designed to provide cost efficiencies.
